The SAME Robins AFB Post is dedicated to providing a complete professional development program.  One way this is provided is through the monthly Mentoring Sessions.  The goal of the Mentoring Program is to advance the personal and professional growth of the Young Members.  Open communication between senior and junior members is encouraged to help Young Members reach their growth potential and to give older members a forum to share their knowledge and experience. 

SAME meets the third Wednesday of each month with a Mentoring Session held prior to each meeting at 1100 in the Atrium of the Officers Club at Robins AFB.  The Young Members Chair, currently Mr. Michael Coats, runs the mentoring sessions.  Topics are chosen to be of interest to young members (military and civilian personnel) with an open discussion forum.  A list of suggested topics and further information can be found on the SAME National site.
